- 22 - Major Flood Stage: Large sections of Duncan flood including business district, residences, and Highway 70.
- 21 - Moderate Flood Stage: Water running over top of left bank of Highway 70 bridge approach in Duncan. Fields adjacent to the river and structures close to the river flood.
- 20 - Minor Flood Stage: Highway 70 bridge approach bottom reached on left bank. Dike structure failure is a possibility.
