Flood Impacts 🅘

  • 30 - Devastating flooding similar to Hurricane Floyd.  Widespread major flooding of homes and businesses between HWY 33 and HWY 43 northwest of Greenville. Most roads are impassible. Homes in and around Ironwood Golf Course may be flooded.
  • 26 - Homes and businesses along Stokes Road and Old River Road are inundated. Water overflows onto HWY 222 just east of the bridge. Water inundates trailer homes around Van Ness Avenue, Fairmount Avenue, and Embarcadero Avenue on the north side of the river.
  • 24 - Widespread flooding on the north side of the river. Several residences are likely inundated on the west side of Stokes Road, and within the Cypress Sand Cobb Acres Mobile Home Park. Stokes Road is impassable in a few spots, and so is Old River Road and HWY 33 near Conetoe Creek.
