Flood Impacts 🅘

  • 30 - Flood depths up to about 7 feet with dangerous velocities will strike most of the town of Coyle downstream from Guthrie. U.S. Highway 77 north of Guthrie is closed. River levels will exceed those of the flood of May 1957... which destroyed the railroad along the south bank between Guthrie and Perkins. In Logan and Payne counties... rural areas are covered by overflow depths ranging up to about 11 feet. Flooding occurs several hours before and after the crest time.
