- 20 - expect widespread and major flooding from north of Eugene to Harrisburg. Numerous small communites and developed areas historically flood near this level.
- 18 - expect flooding of some homes and widespread lowland flooding. Highway 99E may be flooded and closed in numerous locations at this level.
- 17 - major flood stage, Expect widespread flooding along the Willamette between Eugene and Albany, including several stretches of Hwy 99E in the vicinity of Harrisburg.
