- 13.5 - US-41 (Skokie Highway) may be threatened near Central Avenue/Deerfield Road in Highland Park.
- 12 - Without flood protection, widespread inundation of structures and roadways in the floodplain may occur up to a half mile from the river in Winnetka and Wilmette. Numerous residences threatened off US-41 (Skokie Highway) near Fink Memorial Park in Highland Park.
