  • 9.8 - AT 1500 CFS...OUTFLOW FROM HYRUM RESERVOIR WILL IMPACT DOWNSTREAM BRIDGES ACROSS THE LITTLE BEAR RIVER. ADDITIONAL FIELD AND FARMLAND FLOODING WILL OCCUR.
