8 Alternate travel routes are needed. Flooding 3 feet deep or higher affects coastal roads from Falmouth to Hyannisport where debris may wash onto roads when rough seas occur. In Hyannis Harbor, smaller docks are submerged and portions of Ocean Street will have flooding up to 3 feet deep. In Yarmouth, flooding affects neighborhoods near the harbor including Shore Road and Berry Avenue, which are flooded with up to 3 feet of water.
6.5 Many roads become impassable around high tide. Flooding 2 to 3 feet deep affects coastal roads from Falmouth to Hyannisport where debris may wash onto roads when rough seas occur. In Hyannis Harbor, smaller docks are submerged and portions of Ocean Street will have flooding 1 to 2 feet deep. In Yarmouth, flooding affects neighborhoods near the harbor including Shore Road and Berry Avenue, which are flooded with 1 to 3 feet of water.
