- 13 - Mill Dam is overtopped. Flooding occurs in downtown Mt. Holly. Flooding occurs on Washington Street as well as Park Drive, Trinity Lane, and Commerce Street. Road closures and detours are put in place.
- 11.7 - Flooding begins between the Creek and Monroe Street.
