Flood Impacts 🅘

  • 26 - Major flooding begins. Widespread inundation flooding occurs in the woodlands and fields upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 411 or Georgia Highway 20. The flood waters will begin to affect several structures near the river. The water will be up to 6 feet deep over portions of the public boat ramp parking lot on the downstream and left bank side of the bridge.
  • 24 - Moderate flooding begins. Significant flooding occurs in the woodlands and fields along the river upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 411 or Georgia Highway 20. The flood waters will approach the foundations of several structures near the river. The water will be up to 4 feet deep over portions of the public boat ramp parking lot on the downstream and left bank side of the bridge.
  • 22 - Minor flooding continues to expand in the woodlands and fields along the river upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 411 or Georgia Highway 20. The flood waters will be 1 to 2 feet deep over portions of the public boat ramp parking lot on the downstream and left bank side of the bridge.
