- 4.5 - Widespread and significant flooding throughout soundside Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Colington, with homes and businesses flooded. Many roadways will be impassable with inundation including, Bay Drive, West 1st Street, Colington Road and numerous secondary roads.
- 3 - Numerous homes and businesses will see flooding throughout soundside Kitty Hawk and Kill Devil Hills. Many secondary roads will be inundated and impassable, including portions of Bay Drive and Moor Shore Drive in Kitty Hawk. Flooding throughout Colington. Portions of Colington Road will be inundated and impassable, along with many secondary roads.
- 2 - Minor flooding in soundside Kitty Hawk and Kill Devil Hills, flooding docks and yards adjacent to the sounds, Kitty Hawk Bay, Colington Creek and other tributaries. Minor flooding in Colington. Low lying roads in Colington will see minor inundation and may be impassable.
