180 Travel to homes in the lake very difficult by only using boat. Near record flooding of the Cypress Village, Caddo Lake State Park, and Uncertain, Texas as well as on the Louisiana side of the lake through Mooringsport. Expect near record backwater flooding of homes up through James Bayou. Major flooding also develops between levee systems below Caddo Lake on Twelve Mile Bayou.
178 Near record flooding of several hundred homes including several stilted homes. Homeowners should be prepared for severe flooding.
175 Homeowners should rush preparations to completion for significant flooding problems. Nearly all homes that are not stilted face flooding. Boats should be moved from boathouses and into open water to prevent them from rising through the boathouse roof.

Boats should be moved from boathouses and into open water to prevent them from rising through the boathouse roof. Also expect flooded access roadways in Cypress Village and Caddo Lake State Park. Backwater flooding will increase through James Bayou as well on the north side of the lake.
173 Several secondary access roads will become flooded and travel will be difficult especially in and around Uncertain, Texas.
171.5 Expect minor flooding with some secondary access roads to homes suffering flooding especially in and around Uncertain, Texas.
