- 12.5 - AT THIS STAGE APPROACHS TO OAKDALE ROAD AND PARTS OF I 485 WILL BEGIN TO FLOOD.
- 11.45 - HEAVY RAIN 2.5 TO 4 INCHES IN HEADWATERS MADE THE RIVER RISE TO 11.45 FT. ROADS IN THE HEADWATER AREAS WILL LIKELY BE FLOODED. THERE WAS A 5 HR DELAY FROM THE TIME THE HEAVY RAIN FELL IN THE EXTREME HEADWATERS AREA TO THE CREST.
