  • 20 - Major flooding expands with numerous homes affected along Roxbury Drive, Rambo Court, and Mockingbird Road. Many mobile homes flood along Museum Circle. Several businesses will flood near the Flint River on Upper Riverdale Road and Arrowhead Boulevard. Flooding of Upper Riverdale Road will cut off access to Southern Regional Hospital. Several roads will flood including Upper Riverdale Road, Arrowhead Boulevard, Mockingbird Road, Museum Circle, Turner Road, Harbour Town and North Bridge Road.
