- 1180 - The bridge on Broadway Ave is overtopped. Water reaches the bottom of the bridge on Cedar St and may threaten the nearby structures.
- 1179 - Additional structures along the creek may begin to be threatened.
- 1178.5 - Water reaches the bottom of the bridge on Broadway Ave
- 1176 - Water may begin to flood the playground at Webster Elementary School and perhaps approach the building.
