- 12 - EXPECT MAJOR FLOODING OF SEVERAL HOMES AND STRUCTURES IN THE SHADY DELL NEIGHBORHOOD, ALONG WITH FLOODING OF FEYRER PARK AND POSSIBLY THE WESTERN APPROACH TO THE SHADY DELL BRIDGE OVER THE MOLALLA RIVER.
- 10.5 - EXPECT MINOR FLOODING IN THE SHADY DELL NEIGHBORHOOD, WITH FLOOD WATERS THREATENING THE LOWEST ELEVATION HOMES IN THE AREA.
- 9 - EXPECT SOME INUNDATION OF LOW-LYING PROPERTY IN THE SHADY DELL NEIGHBORHOOD EAST OF MOLALLA.
