Flood Impacts 🅘

  • 28 - Record flooding not seen since January 1946 will inundate property along the river upstream and downstream from the gage on Medlock Bridge Road. Flood waters submerge numerous homes to their roofs in the area including those on Marsh Park Drive...Vista Bluff Drive...Hershinger Close and Saint Georgen Common. The Medlock Bridge Road will be under 4 feet of water. The Atlanta Athletic Club Golf Course will be flooded up to 14 feet deep.
  • 24 - Major flooding expands with widespread inundation of property along the river upstream and downstream from the gage on Medlock Bridge Road. Flood waters submerge numerous homes and access roads in the area including those on Marsh Park Drive...Vista Bluff Drive...Hershinger Close and Saint Georgen Common. The Medlock Bridge Road will begin to flood. Large portions of the Atlanta Athletic Club Golf Course will be flooded up to 10 feet deep.
  • 20 - Major flooding begins with widespread inundation of property along the river upstream and downstream from the gage on Medlock Bridge Road. Flood waters affect numerous homes in the area including those on Marsh Park Drive...Vista Bluff Drive...Hershinger Close and Saint Georgen Common. Some access roads will be flooded. The Medlock Bridge Park in the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area and large portions of the Atlanta Athletic Club Golf Course will be flooded up to 8 feet deep.
