  • 12 - RIVER STARTS TO FLOOD SOME ROADS AND MAY CUT OFF THE ONLY ROAD TO SOME HOMES LOCATED IN THE FONTA FLORA COMMUNITY ON NORTHWEST SIDE OF LAKE JAMES.
