- 17.8 - Portions of Main Street are completely inundated, and water begins to enter businesses on the opposite side of the street from the river.
- 16.5 - Water enters some structures and businesses on the same side of Main Street as the river.
- 14 - Businesses and a residence at Boggs Hollow Road near the confluence of North Fork Pound River and South Fork Pound River take water. Flooding of yards along South River Road.
- 11.5 - Water enters the bottom of the gage house. Flooding of yards along the river is occurring.
