Flood Impacts
- 13 - Numerous portions of Maryland Route 24 and Saint Clair Bridge Road are flooded, including parking lots in Rocks State Park. At least a couple structures are flooded.
- 11 - Water begins to cover roads and parking lots in Rocks State Park. Water approaches a structure off Walters Mill Road.
- 10 - Overbank flooding is occurring near Jarrettsville, but no impacts are observed.
