- 20.45 - Flooding of orchards along creek, bank protection and levees could be impacted along the river upstream of and through fillmore, railroad bridge along old Telegraph Road will be impacted, stop logs will need to be placed at railroad bridge along old Telegraph Road to protect homes and shiels park in north fillmore. Downstream impacts will be seen along the santa clara river downstream of the confluence with sespe creek.
- 19.2 - Flooding of orchards along creek, bank protection could be impacted along Goodenough Road north of fillmore, railroad bridge along old Telegraph Road will be impacted, stop logs will need to be placed at railroad bridge along old Telegraph Road to protect homes and shiels park in north fillmore. Start feeling downstream impacts on santa clara river, especially near the fillmore waste water treatment plant.
