  • 13.5 - Major Flooding: Breakouts occurring along the creek channel in multiple locations with widespread shallow flooding in the Crescent Park and Duveneck/St. Francis neighborhoods in Palo Alto. Flooding moves westward from Euclid Avenue into Menlo Park. Overbanking from Pope Chaucer flows northerly into Menlo Park.
