- 240000 - River Street in Skowhegan floods to a depth of 1 foot. The Margaret Chase Smith bridge in Skowhegan floods.
- 200000 - Approaching levels seen during the historic flood of 1987. Roadways will remain unsafe during and after the storm with significant property damages between Skowhegan and Clinton.
- 170000 - Flood levels are comparable with the severe impacts on December 2023. Several main thruways flooded making travel difficult. River Street in Skowhegan floods to a depth of a foot. The Margaret Chase Smith bridge floods.
