Flood Impacts 🅘

  • 17 - Major flooding begins. Widespread inundation flooding occurs in the woodlands along the creek upstream and downstream from the gage at Banning Road. A record discharge flow from the Snake Creek Reservior around two miles upstream will be occurring to reach this level. The rapidly flowing water will cause erosion to the banks of sharp bends in the creek. This will be similar to the record flooding which occurred in September 2009.
  • 16 - Significant flooding continues in the woodlands along the creek upstream and downstream from the gage at Banning Road. A significant discharge flow from the Snake Creek Reservior around two miles upstream will be occurring to reach this level. The rapidly flowing water will cause erosion to the banks of sharp bends in the creek.
  • 14 - Moderate flooding begins. Significant flooding occurs in the woodlands along the creek upstream and downstream from the gage at Banning Road. A significant discharge flow from the Snake Creek Reservior around two miles upstream will be occurring to reach this level. The rapidly flowing water will cause erosion to the banks of sharp bends in the creek.
