Flood Impacts
- 30 - Drainage from above loop 410 and Brooks City Base cuts streets and areas below Loop 410 in the San Antonio River flood plain off. Several homes have a few feet of water in them.
- 27 - Three residences below Loop 410 on the left bank flood. Roads into the area are flooded and dangerous.
- 26 - Major flooding reaches slabs of residences on the left bank below Southeast Loop 410. Roads and streets near the San Antonio River are severely flooded and very dangerous.
