National Water Model Hydrograph

This process considers additional guidance and information, including local expertise and experience, to produce the best forecast possible. - 16 - Major flood stage. Bridge crossing backwatered and Pope Street flooded. Several feet of standing water on surrounding floodplain.
- 14 - Moderate flood stage. Floodplain fully inundated on both sides of channel. The left bank side (as looking downstream) is under several feet of water.
- 11.6 - Minor flood stage. Floodplain on left bank side (as looking downstream) inundated. Allison Avenue storm drain backwatered to street level. NWS will issue a Flash Flood Warning if not already issued.
