Flood Impacts
- 25 - Several homes are flooded north of Strasburg along Cedar Creek. Fromans Road and Route 11 are both flooded. Widespread agricultural flooding is occurring.
- 21 - Homes begin to flood north of Strasburg. Water approaches Route 11 at the Cedar Creek crossing.
- 16 - Water approaches an outbuilding near the creek south of Fromans Road. Water also inundates a campground near Route 11 outside of Strasburg.
