Flood Impacts
- 17 - Major Flooding...Floodwaters converge to the Commercial St Neighborhood around N 4th St and N 10th St to cause flooding N of I-880 in San Jose. Businesses N and S of Berryessa Rd and W of the creek are inundated. The South Bay and Golden Wheel Mobile home parks are inundated; there is risk that floodwaters could overtop and flood homes to the west.
