  • 40.3 - White Marsh Road (VA 617), including the west end of the bridge across the Blackwater River, begins to flood.
  • 39.8 - Water begins to cover Sexton Rd about 1/8 of a mile north of the river gauge.
  • 39.3 - Walls Bridge Road is impassible due to high water.
  • 36.3 - Jones Town Drive and Walls Bridge Road begin to flood.
