927 Camp Victory begins evacuation procedures.
923.2 Flood of record from September 2010
923 Rochester Publice Utilities continuously monitors the dam structure, and they implement warning and evacuation procedures.
920 Rochester Public Utilities begins daily observations of the dam structure. RPU also notifies Wabasha County Emergency Management, Mac's Park Place, Camp Victory, and Bluff Valley Campground.
