12	Major flooding begins. Many roads on the east side of Norwich are closed. The East Main Street bridge over the Chenango River is closed. Several homes and businesses are inundated.
11	Moderate flooding begins with 1 to 2 feet of water around homes near the Fairgrounds. Car dealership on the East Main Street is inundated.
10.19	Water begins to cover East Main Street by the Ford dealership.
10	Water begins spilling on the streets and yards of homes on the east side of Norwich near the Fairgrounds.
9.5	Water begins to cover the track of the Chenango County Fairgrounds in Norwich.
9	Flood stage. Minor flooding begins at the Chenango County Fairgrounds on the southeast side of Norwich.
8	8 CAUTION STAGE RIVER JUST BEGINS TO SPILL OVER ITS BANKS. WATER IS JUST WITHIN 20 FEET OF THE CAR DEALERSHIPS PARKING LOT ON EAST MAIN STREET.
