10 Major, extensive flooding occurs along the Colorado River with structures and highways inundated. Water overtops the railroad tracks near Hot Sulphur Springs.
9 Debris in the river could block flows at bridges with roads flooded.
8 Moderate flooding occurs with homes and businesses impacted.
7 Flooding impacts homes next to the river. Widespread lowland flooding also occurs.
6.5 Outbuildings near Hot Sulphur Springs flood. Water flows across ranchland 1 mile east of Parshall.
5 The river overflows its banks impacting low-lying campgrounds and fields adjacent to the river.
