9 Debris in the river could block flows at bridges with roads flooded.
8 Moderate flooding occurs with homes and businesses impacted.
7 Flooding impacts homes next to the river. Widespread lowland flooding also occurs.
6.5 Outbuildings near Hot Sulphur Springs flood. Water flows across ranchland 1 mile east of Parshall.
