430 There will be devastating flooding from Waterbury downstream through Richmond. In Waterbury, many homes and businesses will flood with access to town severaly restricted and numerous evacuations necessary. Those include areas on Main St., Elm St., Parker Ct., Foundry St., Union St., O'Hear Ct., Healy Ct., and Randall Street. The Fire Station will flood and the State Office Complex will be isolated by flood waters. In Richmond, Bridge St. and areas on Esplanade St. and Cochran Rd. will see severe flooding.
425 There will be widespread, and in some cases severe flooding from Waterbury downstream through Richmond. In Waterbury, homes and businesses along Randall St., Healy Ct., Foundry St., Union St. and Route 2 will flood with some evacuations likely. High water will also approach condos on O'Hear Ct., block access to the State Office Complex and the Fire Station will flood. In Richmond, Bridge Street near the Round Chuch will flood and high water will impact some residences on Esplanade St. and Cochran Rd.
421 In Waterbury, high water will encroach properties on Randall Street, Foundry Street and Route 2 crossing Thatcher Brook. Rowe Field will flood. High water will also approach low lying parking lots at the Waterbury State Office Complex. Downstream in Richmond, Bridge Street near the Round Church and the public park will begin to flood. Considerable field flooding will occur from Waterbury downstream through Richmond.
419 Water will flood fields behind the Vermont State Office Complex in Waterbury. Field flooding will occur from Waterbury downstream through Richmond.
417 The Winooski from Waterbury downstream through Richmond will be at bankful. Some minor flooding of low lying fields will occur.
