20.5 Floodwaters will begin to overtop the levee system in Massillon. This may cause extensive flood damages in the city.
19 FEMA 0.2 percent flood level. Flood waters will spread onto Third Street.
17 FEMA 1 percent flood level. Significant flooding can be expected in many unprotected areas along the river.
16 Flooding along the Tuscarawas River near Massillon will be confined to areas north of the levee protection.
14 U.S. Route 62 closed near Navarre. River gage flooded. Flooding begins in the Agathon Park area. Flood waters may force the closings of two railroad crossings in Massillon.
