15 Moderate to Severe flooding has historically occurred in Montoursville Borough and the remainder of the Lower Loyalsock Creek.
13.5 Between 13.0 and 14.0 feet Borough officials have historically been notified about the liklihood of flooding at Mill Street and Superior Plus.
13 Caution Stage. Lycoming County Emergency Management has historically used this stage as the benchmark elevation for flooding to begin across the watershed.
