  • 16 - The municipal airport southeast of Kinsley...and the southeast part of Kinsley generally south of Main street...will be inundated by up to 2 feet of water. The city park will be inundated with around 2 feet of water.
  • 14 - County roads along the Arkansas River will become impassable in some areas. Floodwaters will start to encroach on the municipal airport southeast of Kinsley.
