12 Moderate flooding begins. Significant flooding expands further into the woodlands and fields along the creek downstream from the Rocky Mountain Lower Reservoir main dam. The Texas Valley Road bridge around two and one half miles downstream from the dam will be flooded with four feet of water. Residents will need to take an alternative route. Several pole barns and other farm structures will be affected by the flood waters. Water will be approaching the foundations of some homes on Texas Valley Road.
