20 Record flooding occurs with widespread inundation upstream and downstream from the gage on Shallowford Road. The Noonday Creek Park will be completely flooded up to 10 feet deep. Flood waters will have cutoff Kings Crossing Drive and entered homes on this road and Bridge Drive up to 3 feet deep. An access road to and portions of a water reclamation facility will be flooded. The Cherokee Golf Center downstream will be flooded up to 9 feet deep. This will be worse than the September 2009 flood event.
19 Major flooding continues with widespread inundation upstream and downstream from the gage on Shallowford Road. The Noonday Creek Park and residential backyards on Bridge Drive will be completely flooded with up to 9 feet of water. Flood waters will have cutoff Kings Crossing Drive and entered homes on this road and Bridge Drive. An access road to and portions of a water reclamation facility will be flooded. The Cherokee Golf Center downstream will be flooded with up to 8 feet of water.
17 Major flooding begins with widespread inundation of the woodlands upstream and downstream from the gage on Shallowford Road. Low lying portions of Kings Crossing Drive will be flooded up to two feet deep with the flood waters approaching some homes. An access road to a water reclamation facility will begin to flood. Large portions of the Cherokee Golf Center downstream will be flooded with up to 4 feet of water.
13 Moderate flooding begins. Significant flooding occurs in the woodlands upstream and downstream from the gage on Shallowford Road. Large portions of Noonday Creek Park and residential backyards on Bridge Drive will be flooded with up to 3 feet of water. Low lying portions of Kings Crossing Drive will begin to flood. Portions of the Cherokee Golf Center downstream will be flooded with 1 to 2 feet of water.
12 Minor flooding continues in the woodlands near the creek upstream and downstream from the gage on Shallowford Road. Portions of Noonday Creek Park and residential backyards on Bridge Drive will be flooded with up to two feet of water. Portions of the Cherokee Golf Center downstream will begin to flood.
10 Flood Stage is reached. Minor flooding begins in the woodlands and natural flood plain near the creek upstream and downstream from the gage on Shallowford Road. Portions of Noonday Creek Park and residential backyards on Bridge Drive will begin to flood.
8 Bankfull conditions are reached along the creek upstream and downstream from the gage at Shallowford Road. Low lying areas of Noonday Creek Park will begin to flood.
