- 1444 - If the Wisconsin River is running high, several feet of water may surround homes and cottages along Jersey Lane, Bay Mill Road, Division Street and Nelson Lane. Water may also be approaching the highway CC bridge.
- 1442.5 - If the Wisconsin River is running high, water levels may approach some homes along Jersey Lane, Bay Mill Road, Division Street and Nelson Lane.
- 1441.5 - If the Wisconsin River is running high, water is approaching structures in low laying areas just downstream of the dam.
