  • 15 - Major Flooding continues. Flat Creek likely inundating Rainbow Terrace bridge and threatening the Town of Montreat Police Department. Floodwaters may threaten the first floor of home immediately to the south of the Montreat Rd. and Rainbow Terrace intersection. Floodwaters may approach home foundation at northbound intersection of Montreat Rd. and Flat Creek Rd. Living levels of right-bank homes immediately downstream of Flat Creek Rd. bridge inundated with at least 2 to 3 feet of floodwater.
  • 13 - Major Flood Stage. Flat Creek inundating living level of right-bank homes immediately downstream of Flat Creek Rd. bridge. Flat Creek inundating back yards of homes between Flat Creek Rd. and Rainbow Terrace. Floodwaters may approach road surface at Rainbow Terrace bridge.
  • 12 - Moderate Flooding continues. Flat Creek floodwaters may begin inundating living level of right-bank homes just downstream of Flat Creek Rd. bridge. Adjacent residental storage sheds and other structures will likely have over a foot of floodwater. Flat Creek reaches bankfull close to Rainbow Terrace bridge just downstream of the Town of Montreat Police Department.
