21.4	A RECORD SETTING FLOOD WILL OCCUR.
18.5	HOMES AND BUSINESSES ALONG THE RIVER IN GREENVILLE AND BEREA WILL HAVE MAJOR FLOOD DAMAGE.
15	HUDSON STREET WILL BE FLOODED...AND SOME EVACUATIONS NEAR THE HUDSON STREET BRIDGE WILL BE NECESSARY.
13	BUILDINGS AND HOMES ALONG THE RIVER NEAR THE WESTFIELD STREET BRIDGE WILL BEGIN TO FLOOD. NORTH AND UPSTREAM OF THE GAGE...HOMES AND OTHER BUILDINGS ALONG LONG BRANCH CREEK...OFF LIONS CLUB ROAD IN BEREA...WILL BE FLOODED.
12	Moderate Flood Stage. Significant inundation greater than 12-18" is likely at the Hudson St bridge and along sections of the Swamp Rabbit Trail especially from W Washington St to Falls Park to Cleveland Park. An elevated building adjacent to the gauge site on Westfield St. is experiencing flooding below the main floor. The Reedy River is beginning to flood Westfield St, forcing closure. Significant flooding of parking lots and walkways along the Reedy River between Academy St and Reedy Falls is likely.
11	Minor Flooding continues. Significant flooding of low-lying areas adjacent to and including the Swamp Rabbit Trail is ongoing. Hudson St. flooding begins. Flooding along the Reedy River near the Peace Center and Japanese Dogwood Ln is beginning. Cleveland Park flooding is ongoing due to backwater effects along Richland Creek including inundation up to 12" deep along Lakehurst St. Backwater effects along Long Branch Creek may be affecting adjacent low-lying areas including near Westside Park and Lily St.
10	Minor Flood Stage. Closure of portions of the Swamp Rabbit Trail continue, especially near the River St underpass. Cleveland Park and Lakehurst St are closed due to backwater flooding along Richland Creek. Floodwaters are approaching Hudson St. Backwater effects along Long Branch may be causing flooding of adjacent low-lying areas, including near Lily St and Westside Park. Heavy rainfall over Brushy Creek in W Greenville has likely forced evacuation of a mobile home on Ross St.
9	Action/Advisory flooding continues. Flooding of low-lying areas along the Swamp Rabbit Trail is ongoing. If Reedy River rises are due to heavy rainfall over Berea and downtown Greenville, flooding along Richland Creek is either ongoing or already occurred, forcing closure of Cleveland Park. Heavy rainfall over Berea will cause flooding of W Blue Ridge Dr near Arch St due to poor drainage. Flooding of a mobile home's yard at Brushy Creek on Ross St is also possible forcing evacuation.
8	Action/Advisory Stage. The Reedy River is beginning to exceed bankfull in a few locations along the Swamp Rabbit Trail with flooding of adjacent low-lying areas imminent.
