- 10 - BRIDGE ON LABORATORY ROAD WILL BE OVERTOPPED AND ANDY LOGAN AND RIVER ROAD WILL BE CLOSED DUE TO FLOODING. STAGE AT LOWN7 WAS 14 FT.
