105 WATER BEGINS TO FLOOD HOMES AND BUSINESSES ON CATAWBA AVEUNE DOWSTREAM OF THE DAM ON BURKE COUNTY SIDE OF RIVER. MODERATE FLOODING OF DOCKS ALONG SHORELINE WILL OCCURR DOWNSTREAM OF THE DAM.
