16.5 Significant flooding of homes in Greenbrier Village Mobile Home Park occurs, as well as significant flooding of homes and property near the river along Ridgely Tract Road with water several feet deep in these areas. Flooding also occurs along Mill Dam Road, with property flooded and some homes incurring flooding.
13.5 This river level is approximately equal to that of the FEMA 1 percent flood elevation. Much of the floodplain is inundated, with homes along Mill Dam Road flooded, as well as significant flooding of the Greenbriar Estates Mobile Home Park. Significant flooding of homes along Ridgely Tract Road also occurs.
13 Backwater creek flooding surrounds several homes in Greenbriar Estates Mobile Home Park, with water threatening the main level of a few homes closest to the creek. Flooding along Mill Dam Road may be several feet deep in some areas between Route 40 and Interstate 70. Water on Ridgely Tract Road may be several feet deep, with water flooding some homes in this area.
12 Water spills onto sections of Mill Dam Road. Backwater creek flooding from the South Fork of the Licking River also occurs in the Greenbriar Estates Mobile Home Park, with water beginning to surround some homes along Greenbriar Lane East but not entering the main levels.
11.5 Backwater flooding begins near the Greenbriar Village Mobile Home Park, with water approaching the yards behind homes along Greenbriar Lane East. Water also covers much of Ridgely Tract Road between Route 79 and the South Fork, covering yards and surrounding two homes in this area.
11 Minor flooding along Ridgely Tract Road occurs.
