National Water Model Hydrograph
Official NWS streamflow forecasts are produced by NWS hydrologic forecasters for river gauge locations using hydrologic models which are calibrated to that location. This process considers additional guidance and information, including local expertise and experience, to produce the best forecast possible. The NWM output provides supplemental guidance to NWS forecasters and should not be considered an official NWS river forecast.
Flood Impacts
- 30 - FM 104 Hwy bridge will be flooded and possibly damaged. Considerable damage to secondary roads...farm and ranch land near the river can be expected.
- 27 - Flooding of ranches and farms along the river will produce significant damage to secondary roads...fences and crops. Approaches to FM 104 highway bridge are under water.
- 25 - The river is starting to flood the approaches to the FM 104 bridge, but remains 2 ft below the I-beam supports. Significant flooding of ranch and farm land can be expected.
