6.5 Widespread and significant flooding throughout Buxton and Frisco, with businesses and homes flooded. Most roadways will be impassable with inundation, including Highway 12 and most secondary roads.
5.5 Numerous homes and businesses will see flooding throughout Buxton and Frisco. Portions of Highway 12 and secondary roads will be inundated with water and may be impassable.
3.5 Minor flooding in the towns of Buxton and Frisco, flooding docks and yards adjacent to the Pamlico Sound, Cape Creek, Brigand Bay and tributaries. Flooding along Rocky Rollinson Road, and portions of Highway 12 in northern Frisco. Locally moderate flooding for areas in Frisco adjacent to Brigand Bay.
2.5 Very low lying areas in Buxton and Frisco adjacent to the Pamlico Sound, Cape Creek and other tributaries will see minor flooding.
