Flood Impacts
- 23 - Water begins to enter the main floor of at least one home on the north side of Riverside Circle. Several homes on Knowledge Drive have likely taken water.
- 21.5 - Backyards along Riverside Circle are inundated, and water may be backing into some basements and crawl spaces. Water may begin entering the main floor of homes on Knowledge Drive.
- 21 - A low portion of roadway of Riverside Circle is flooded. Back yards along Riverside Circle are substantially flooded and some sheds are taking water. U.S. 23 Business Route immediately south of Pound is perhaps impassable due to flooding of Indian Creek.
- 20.5 - Water enters one residence's attached garage on Knowledge Drive.
- 19.5 - Homes along Knowledge Drive become surrounded by flood waters, and water likely impacts their basements and crawl spaces.
- 18.5 - At this level, a few homes might experience drainage pipe backwater into basements.
- 17.5 - Flooding of yards on Knowledge Drive.
