12 Major Flood Stage. Flood flows are at least 2 feet deep in town, with major roadway flooding and inundation of local businesses and homes.
10 Moderate Flood Stage. One to several feet of water on floodplain near the creek. Marin Theater Company and nearby businesses flooded, particularly on right bank (western side).
8 Minor Flood Stage. Water in creek reaches bridge structure and begins backwatering near the Marin Theater Company. Other local drainage issues in town likely due to high water levels in creek; storm drains backwatered. NWS will issue a Flash Flood Warning if not already issued.
