35.5 Major Flooding...Spills from Selma Park flow N to flood a large area E of the creek, continuing N to Upper Penitencia Creek, overflowing Hwy 101. W bank outbreaks at Watson Park, N 20th St, Roosevelt St, N 19th St at its S end, N 18th St, E St. John St, East Santa Clara St and S 17th St. Floodwaters converge to the Commercial St Neighborhood around N 4th St and N 10th St to cause flooding N of I-880 in San Jose.
34 Major Flooding: E William/Olinder Neighborhood (S 22nd St, S 21st, Brookwood Ave and 19th, 20th, and 21st St) flood with flows moving NE towards US-101 and Lower Silver Crk. Ponding of concern on the southside of Lower Silver Crk at W Court and Anne Darling Elementary School, S 16th St and E William near the crk, Brookwood Ave, Arroyo Way and S 17th St, and Gilthero Court. Flooding for Olinder Elementary School, San Jose Community Middle and High Schools.
33.3 Major Flooding: Historical High Water - February 2017
33.1 Major Flooding...Low-lying creekside homes on Brookwood Ave and S 19th St are at risk of flooding. Low-lying areas of Roosevelt Park are flooded.
33 Major Flooding: Intersection of S 21st St and S 19th St with William St becomes flooded by overland flow releasing floodwaters into E William Neighborhood. Olinder School becomes flooded. Homes along S 19th, S 20th, and S 21st Sts N of E William St are flooded. E William St W of Coyote Crk is flooded from William St Park. William St overland flow travels across E William St to flood creekside homes at the intersection of S 16th St and E William St. Creekside homes of S 17th St and Arroyo Way flooded.
31.5 Major Flooding: Homes along Arroyo Way and 17th St, homes N of William St on S 16th St and E William, homes along Brookwood Ave and 19th St are at flood risk. Selma Park inundated and overflows into Olinder Neighborhood. Minor flooding at Olinder School. William Street Park is inundated.
30 Moderate Flooding: Homes located near the creek along Arroyo Way and 17th Street, Brookwood Ave, S 16th St and East William Street, 19th St between San Antonio and Calhoun are at risk. Olinder school begins to flood. Watson, Selma, Kelly, and William St Parks are flooding. Low areas of Roosevelt Park are flooded. Woodborough Dr starts to become inundated.
28 Moderate Flooding: Selma Park and William Street Park flooding. Homes along Arroyo Way and 17th Streets, and homes northwest of William St and the creek flood.
25.5 Minor Flooding: Homes in the creek along Arroyo Way and 17th Street northwest of East William St begin to flood.
