174.5 Moderate Flood Stage. Brookwood Avenue and adjacent businesses and residences under 1 foot of water or more. NWS will issue a Flash Flood Warning, if not yet already issued.
173.3 Minor Flooding. Water levels have reached the left bank floodplain and Brookwood Avenue may begin to flood. NWS will issue an Urban/Small Stream Advisory, if not yet already issued.
