9.5 Moderate Flooding: Overbanking at Llagas Road and Llagas Creek continues northeasterly along Llagas Road towards Hale Ave. Possible overtopping near Wright Ave and Hale Ave. Homes against the creek, south of W Main Ave and along Monterey Road are at risk. Rural areas downstream of Watsonville Road at risk for overland flow coming from the creek. Homes to the south of W Edmundson Ave at risk.
8.5 Minor Flooding: Flooding near the intersection of Watsonville Road and Monterey Road, as well as along Llagas Ave near Llagas Creek. Localized street flooding along Hale Ave north of Wright Ave. Overbanking at Llagas Road and Llagas Creek flowing north and east.
7 Action Stage: Possible nusiance flooding along creek and roadways. Flood stage may be reached in a couple of hours depending on weather conditions.
